Dr. David Dwyer, MD

Dr. David Dwyer, MD, specializes in Internal Medicine. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin, performing his internship and residency at the University of Missouri Medical School. Aspire appointed Dwyer as its first Medical Director of Primary Care in December 2017; he merged his practice with Aspire in 2019.

Dr. Joanna Chambers, MD

Dr. Joanna Chambers specializes in women’s and perinatal behavioral health issues. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and her medical degree at Medical College of George, serving her psychiatric residency at Yale School of Medicine. She has spent the past 20+ years working in a variety of teaching and administrative roles, including previously serving as adjunct clinical associate professor of psychiatry at Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Olivia Smith, DO

Dr. Olivia Smith, DO, specializes in Family Medicine. She received her bachelor’s degree in general health science from Purdue University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Marian University. She completed her residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Smith has been with Aspire since 2023.

Debbie Shelley, 

FNP-BC

Debbie Shelley, FNP-BC, specializes in Primary Care. Her background is in critical care, emergency and post-anesthesia care nursing. She received her associate’s degree in nursing from Purdue University, her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Indianapolis and her master’s degree in nursing from University of Southern Indiana. She has been with Aspire since 2018.

Courtney Boswell, 

FNP-C

Courtney Boswell, FNP-C, specializes in Family Practice. She has been with Aspire since 2023 and previously worked in a testosterone clinic as well as in acute/urgent care. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Purdue University and her master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Courtney’s passion is helping people achieve great health —  physically, emotionally and mentally — utilizing Aspire’s integrated team. She wants her patients to truly thrive in life.
