Dr. Debra Lane, MD

Physician - Primary Care


Dr. Debra Lane graduated with her Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine where she also earned a bachelor's degree in biology. Dr. Lane is licensed in Indiana as well as Georgia and Tennessee. She has had an array of hospital and healthcare experience serving a multitude of patients. Dr. Lane is excited about Aspire’s wraparound approach to healthcare and serving local Hoosiers.


Mallory Cardenas

Family Nurse Practitioner


Mallory Cardenas, FNP-BC, specializes in Family Medicine. She worked as a registered nurse for Eskenazi Health from 2018-2023 in the Medical/Surgical and Critical Care Departments. She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and her master’s degree in nursing from Purdue University. Mallory has been with Aspire since 2023.
